Pricing

Pricing: quoted per workspace, explained before you commit

Botnea does not publish list prices or plan names, because there are none to publish today. Rather than invent tiers, this page sets out exactly what a quote is based on and what we can tell you before you talk to us.

    Where pricing stands today

There is no published price list, no named plans, and no "starting at" figure on this site. Pricing is agreed per company, and we will not show you a number here that turns out not to apply to you.

If you need an indication before a call, say so in your message and describe your team size and expected use. We will answer with the components below rather than a marketing range.

What a quote is based on

    FactorWhy it affects the quote
Number of membersHow many people need workspace access.
Number of workspacesTeams that must stay separated are configured separately.
Expected usage intensityOccasional drafting and heavy daily use are not the same commitment.
Model mixDifferent models carry different provider costs.
Company knowledge volumeThe amount of material attached to workspaces.
Support and onboarding needsWhether you want help configuring roles, instructions and knowledge.

    Cost components to ask about

When you get a quote — from us or anyone in this category — make sure each of these is written down:

    • Platform fee: what you pay for the workspace itself, and how often.
    • Seats: how members are counted, and what happens when you add or remove people mid-term.
    • Usage and provider costs: whether model usage is included, metered, or billed separately.
    • Billing cadence and term: monthly or annual, and any minimum commitment.
    • Trial or pilot terms: what a pilot includes, how long it lasts, and what happens at the end.
    • Taxes and exclusions: whether quoted figures include VAT or other applicable taxes.

We answer all of those in writing as part of a quote. If any answer is "not decided yet" for your situation, we will say that instead of filling the gap.

What you can evaluate before committing

    • Create a workspace and configure it against one real team task.
    • Read the security and data-handling page, including what we explicitly do not attest to.
    • Send your procurement or security questions and get written answers about what exists today.
    • Check the governance controls you actually need — roles, model availability, instructions, usage records.

What this page does not claim

    • No prices, plan names, discounts, ranges or "starting at" figures are shown, because none are published.
    • This page does not claim transparent pricing — prices are not displayed here, only the factors behind a quote.
    • No free-tier, trial length or money-back terms are stated; those are agreed per company in writing.
    • No cost comparison against other tools or vendors is made, and no savings are claimed.

See the security and data handling page for what Botnea does and does not attest to.

    Questions buyers ask

Why are there no prices on this page?
Because there is no published price list yet. Publishing invented tiers would waste your time and ours in the first call.
Is model usage included or billed on top?
That is one of the components we confirm in writing with your quote. It depends on your expected usage and the model mix your workspaces need.
Can we run a paid pilot?
Ask. Pilot terms are agreed per company, and we will put the scope, duration and cost in writing before you commit.
Will the price change after the first term?
Any renewal terms are stated in the agreement. If something is not written down, treat it as not agreed — that applies to every vendor, not only us.

    Ask for current pricing

Tell us your team size, how many workspaces you expect, and what the work looks like. You will get the cost components in writing, not a brochure.
